_How We Build Ventures
1. Venture Creation: We research Africa's biggest challenges, map high-impact opportunities, and design ventures grounded in evidence. We then develop product strategy and build early-stage prototypes before committing to full development.2. Product Development: Our engineering and design team builds the product — from MVP to market-ready. We handle UX/UI, technology architecture, growth strategy, and early customer acquisition.
3. Founder Recruitment & Launch: Once the product is ready, we recruit an operator-CEO and founding team with the skills and grit to take the venture to scale. Node Eight remains a long-term strategic partner, retaining an equity stake.
