Build Log: Notes from the 8 Venture Studio.

In 6 sprints, we’re setting out to build a cool AI-powered tool in the 8 venture studio to improve learning outcomes. Our focus is just one thing: deliver a minimum viable product.

I’d be lying if I said I knew how the next three months would unfold. Product development is messy, unpredictable, and full of surprises.  But one thing’s certain: it’s going to take blood, sweat, and tears to build and ship this thing. 

And that’s exactly why I’m creating this blog series. I’m calling it the Build Log.

The Build Log highlights and gives you a glimpse into our product development process, one sprint at a time. I’m careful not to preempt or determine the direction of this story. But what I can promise is a raw, behind-the-scenes look at what we’re building.

By sprint 6, I hope the team can look back at these moments and proudly say: “we built that”
