Job Summary: The Community Manager Intern role involves strengthening our community, fostering engagement, and facilitating knowledge exchange. Manager Intern, your primary responsibilities will include actively engaging with community members, creating and curating valuable content, assisting in organizing community events, building relationships with stakeholders, and providing community analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will;
- Actively engage with our community members across various digital platforms, including social media channels, and online forums. Initiate and participate in discussions, answer queries, and provide valuable insights to enhance the community experience.
- Create compelling and relevant content to share with our community members. This may include blog articles, social media posts, newsletters, and resource guides. Curate existing content to ensure our community receives the most valuable and up-to-date information.
- Assist in organizing and managing community events, both online and offline.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, industry professionals, and thought leaders within the digital economy.
- Monitor community metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, growth, and other relevant performance indicators.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Community Manager Intern position at Accra Digital Circles, you should possess the following qualifications:
- National Service Personnel in Ghana
- A genuine interest in the digital economy and its various sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should be able to articulate ideas effectively, engage with diverse audiences, and maintain a professional and approachable tone.
- Familiarity with community management principles, best practices, and social media platforms is desirable. Experience in managing online communities or social media accounts is a plus.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude with the ability to take initiative, multitask, and work collaboratively within a team.
