About Mzuzah Convergence The Mzuzah Convergence seeks to inspire a new generation of leaders by engaging Africa’s most influential leaders and those with interest in Africa in critical discussions designed to create partnerships, networks, knowledge, and collaborative pathways to achieve effective and sustainable social, economic & environmental change and impact in the region. This year’s event hosted the Deputy Minister of Environment Science Technology & Innovation, Deputy Minister of Education; Mandela Washington Fellows from Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Ghana; University students from University of Development Studies, University of Health and Allied Sciences, University of Professional Studies, University of Ghana Legon; C-level executives from Banks, International Organisations, Embassies, Institutions and the general public..
About A day in VR Project A day in Virtual Reality is about promoting and stimulating interest in STEAM subjects among Junior High Students using immersive VR content. In 4 months, we have reached about 300 kids in 5 schools and about 46% of them are girls. The immediate impact of A-day-in-VR has been an improved understanding of science concepts, renewed interest among the beneficiaries in general science and dedication to study harder.
