The Eight Fellowship is a one-year, full-time program that brings together a talented cohort of young fellows like yourself to work on impactful projects for institutional partners. This initiative aims to provide you with meaningful professional experiences by matching you with high-impact projects that benefit nonprofits, government entities, healthcare organizations, districts, and corporate institutions.

Program Breakdown
The Eight Fellowship is designed to provide you with a holistic and impactful experience. The program includes:
- Orientation and Training: An initial orientation will introduce you to the program, expectations, and partners, as well as training sessions to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Project Design & Matching: Collaborate with nonprofits, government entities, and corporate organizations to develop projects, and be intentionally matched with high-impact projects based on your skills and interests.
- Project Execution: Work in teams to solve problems and build capacity for innovation, engaging with civic institutions, regional businesses, and local entrepreneurs.
- Mentorship and Support: Benefit from regular meetings with project managers and mentors and receive continuous feedback and guidance throughout the project duration.
- Professional Development: Participate in workshops and networking events, and access training and certification programs through professional development stipends.
- Entrepreneurial Training: Engage in structured sessions on entrepreneurial skills and mindset and receive support if you’re interested in starting your venture.
- Evaluation and Reflection: Participate in regular assessments to track progress and impact, and reflection sessions to discuss your learnings and experiences.
