Job Title: Video production intern

Job Summary: The Video production intern role involves working alongside the Media and Communications team to capture and edit video content that highlights the work of startups and entrepreneurs in our hub. You will create captivating video content to enhance brand messaging and engagement across marketing channels, including web and social media, as well as assist with the production of live events and workshops. You will also collaborate with the team to develop new video concepts and work to execute them effectively.

Location: Ho 

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will;

• Collaborate with the Media and Communications Team to create and edit video content for our events, social media channels, and promotional materials.
• Conceptualize and storyboard video content ideas.
• Operate video equipment and handle post-production tasks such as editing and colour grading

Requirements:

• National Service Personnel in Ghana
• Strong interest and some experience in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Proficiency in video production techniques including lighting, sound, and camera operation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
