Emerging demands for digital innovations to meet current business needs are creating sustainable job avenues including the creative economy for especially young people.
Ho Node Hub in view of this has collaborated with the Ghana Tech Lab to provide twenty-One of such individuals with training in Digital Media skills.
The Hub since its establishment in 2017 has trained countless numbers of young people in innovative and digital skills deemed essential for Tech-based startups in line with its core mandate of providing entrepreneurship Support and creating a pipeline of digitally skilled young men and women.
The Digital Media Skills training with support from Ghana Tech Lab is intended to empower these young people with high-in-demand skills including Digital Marketing, Photography, Videography, Sound Design, Content creation and compelling storytelling.
The Ghana Tech Lab- led initiative would also empower the trainees with Entrepreneurship skills while providing an inclusive space to engender the rapid development of these skills.
Trainees during the 7 week period would also receive support from funding partners based on the viability of the startup ideas they create.
Ho Node Hub is hopeful that the training program would contribute to the overall decrease and improvement in Graduate unemployment and the acquisition of critical tech-based skills.
